He has an experience of about 35 years in the field of Architecture and Planning with in the Government as well the Private sector. He has drafted various schemes for Bhopal Development Authority and DLF, Delhi. He has been anactive team member in the Town & Country Planning committee for drafting of Town Planning Acts and Rules for the Government ofMadhya Pradesh.
He has played a key role in setting up of new Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. He has alsobeen dealing with all technical, legal and financial issues related to the Real Estate sector. He has been involved into establishment of new townships from inception to all statutory approvals. He is also very well conversant with all the environmental issues and green building technologies.
